- Onion x1
- Garlic x1 bulb

- Oregano 15g packet

Why not swing by the local fishmonger and make this divine Spaghetti Marinara with fresh Ionian seafood
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onion and cook until softened and lightly browned. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the tinned tomato and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce becomes thick and rich stirring occasionally. Season with salt and black pepper.
2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until al dente. Drain well, then return to the saucepan and keep warm.
3. Add your fresh seafood to the tomato sauce and simmer until the seafood is cooked. Toss the sauce through the pasta and serve with crumbled feta.
